After more than 30 years in traditional real estate, we repeatedly saw aviation properties being handled by agents without aviation knowledge — overlooking critical factors like aircraft fit, access, infrastructure, and operational considerations. That gap often created unnecessary risk for both buyers and sellers.
At the beginning of 2025, we launched our aviation division, combining our extensive real estate experience with our passion for aviation and Alex’s professional aviation background. Alex holds ATP, Commercial Helicopter, SES, SEL, and GLD ratings, with 14,000+ flight hours and over 25 years managing hangars and corporate aircraft operations, bringing real-world aviation expertise to every transaction.
Our new Aviation Division took off like wildfire and thanks to the trust and support of our amazing clients, we rebranded this specialty under a name that truly reflects our expertise — Hangar Gurus.
Today, we help pilots, aircraft owners, and aviation investors buy, sell and lease with confidence, offering knowledgeable guidance, strategic marketing, and real aviation insight that most agents simply can’t provide.
